Q. What happens if an unstaked user force exchanges another staked account in Oven?

If the staked account has an excess grill quota, then an extra quota is rewarded to the unstaked. Otherwise, unstaked user simply helps staked account to exchange grill quota.

Q. Is there a chance of misappropriating others' proof to get the flash loan reward in the staking pool?

No, there is no chance to misappropriate others' rewards. Only the flash loan user can claim a flash loan reward.

Q. After liquidating, I didn't get my base asset back.

After liquidating, the depositer will have to withdraw assets to have the deposited amount back.
